“Sometimes we just can’t get around to changing a light bulb never mind changing our lives!“ Lorraine is a therapist specialising in all kinds of addictive behaviours and mental health issues. She has a particular interest in all aspects of relationships, from unravelling family dynamics, separation and bereavement and work with abuse – domestic and sexual, focussing on trauma resolution, anxiety and depression.

Mary Fletcher is a Body Control Pilates instructor with a friendly, modern, professional Pilates studio. Mary teaches mat work classes, workshops and private lessons, integrating the use of small equipment to challenge clients and enhance the Pilates technique in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Catherine Hoffmann is a live artist. She creates a mixture of stage pieces and interactive performances for art venues, festivals, galleries, cabaret, clubs, one off events and varied sites for the independent circuit and with prestigious partners. She explores the intersection between performance art, theatre, absurdity and music. She is also a voice teach for performers and members of the public.
