Kent-based charity dedicated to providing high quality social singing groups for people over 50. We are a refreshing change to the traditional way that people over 50 are treated. All our activities are based on the premise that activities for people over 50 do not have to assume that you wish to be treated as ‘old’ or ‘older’. All our groups are run by people with many years of experience in their field and this means that everything we do is of the highest quality.
I am a registered osteopath and have been in practice for over 12 years. My philosophy is that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself & sometimes needs a little nudge in the right direction. I use techniques such as joint manipulation, soft tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, visceral manipulation and exercise prescription according to each patient’s needs. The list of conditions I treat is a long one and not restricted by age, so please call and discuss your individual needs with me.
