If you have any problems or no access to a smart device please contact our box office team who will be more than happy to help.

Concessions

Concessionary rates apply (where stated) to under 21s, full time students, registered unemployed and registered disabled. Proof of status will be required.

For Folkestone Book Festival 2023, we have introduced a cost of living ticket for those that are struggling with the ongoing crisis. Priced at £5, this ticket is for anyone that feels that they cannot afford the full price but would still like to enjoy the festival. This is a "no questions asked" ticket and is operated on an honesty basis.

Quarterhouse aims to be accessible to all, offering a varied programme of events, catering for all of our customer's needs. It is a wheelchair accessible venue with ground floor spaces available for seated performances and two balcony wheelchair spaces available for standing events. Quarterhouse has a lift for accessing all floors, including the bar, toilets and balcony.
