A vocal workshop for anyone who wants to discover new ways to take up space with their voice.
Maybe there are blocks for what you want to say, maybe you are not using your voice to your fullest potential or maybe you just want to explore your voice further?
This will be a safe, playful session for engaging with some exercises which will focus on releasing sound, embodying and connecting to the voice and breath. I will share some extended vocal techniques, which can help with freeing the voice for everyday life and for creative expression.
-This workshop lasts 3 hours, from 11am-2pm.
-Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
-All abilities are welcome. Ages 18+.
Catherine is a live artist who uses vocality and DIY song making within their work in a variety of platforms both locally and internationally.
