Confidance is an inclusive dance organisation that designs dance work to be accessible to all. The session will give people of all ages, abilities and bodies the chance to dance using their innovative choreography boards! Don't dance? There will also be art materials in the space to respond to the choreography and music on paper which covers the floor and walls.
All ages and abilities are welcome to come and have a go. No need to book, just turn up.
