Inspired by the pintxos culture of the region, Pick Up Pintxos offers pintxos and small plates that represent both traditional and experimental aspects of Basque cooking, offering both classics and new creations. Combining big flavours using top quality ingredients from both the Basque Country and local suppliers.

Led by head chef and founder Gianni Modena, Pick Up Pintxos opens their first ever restaurant in the heart of Folkestone's Creative Quarter.
