Digital: Glassworks Entrance Atrium
The Upper Atrium is available as a Licence to Occupy. This opportunity would suit a business with experience in concession catering.
The Space
- Striking architectural feature is the high vaulted ceiling, finished with elegant wood panelling.
- Internal area will need to be developed by the Licenced occupant; a closable shutter offers a catering space with limited equipment.
- Exterior space is a valuable opportunity to establish an attractive outdoor seating area, enhancing the 'Digital Cafe' appeal.
- Offer public engagement with the building and increase awareness of Creative Folkestone's initiatives.
- A welcoming area to over fifty tenants who visit the building throughout the week. The current tenants expand into this area when offering workshops and other community engagement programmes. An established Art Market occupies the area once a month on a Saturday. Working with the tenants within this space will be essential.
- This space has the potential to offer a co-working space thanks to the expansive floor area and WiFi capabilites, integrating a work space and meeting area - potentially a valuable community amenity.
