National Student Days - Creative Folkestone

National Student Days were part of the Folkestone Triennial 2025 Public Programme, offering undergraduate and postgraduate students a unique opportunity to experience ambitious contemporary art in the heart of Folkestone.

These special days invited students and tutors from across the UK to explore the ideas behind the artworks and discover the town’s rich cultural and social history. The programme included artist-led tours, panel discussions with Triennial artists and arts professionals, and interactive, creative sessions.

Set in a town known for its creativity, care, and innovation, National Student Days reflected Creative Folkestone’s commitment to leadership and excellence in public art and learning.

Although the 2025 edition has concluded, the programme serves as a record of the ways students engaged with art, place, and creative practice.
