Friday 17 September, 2pm

There is so much to see and do at this year’s Folkestone Triennial we think that sometimes a more relaxed approach is called for. We have created a series of relaxed tours to offer an opportunity for people that enjoy a slower pace to explore some of the artworks.

Relaxed tours are ideal for anyone that may be a wheelchair user or have mobility issues.

If you have any specific access requirements or questions about any aspect of our tours, please do not hesitate to contact the Box Office by calling us on 01303 760 740 or emailing boxoffice@creativefolkestone.org.uk.

Our guided tours are designed to include a number of artworks and will typically cover around 2km in distance. Our tour guides will do their best to accommodate every one on the tour but please note that due to the historic nature of the town there may be some steps or uneven surfaces to negotiate. Tours will take place rain or shine, so don’t forget to prepare for the Great British weather by bringing a rain coat and maybe even sun cream.

The majority of the tours will start at Quarterhouse unless otherwise stated. The tour may not end back where you started so please be aware of this when you plan your visit. Our guides can inform you of the routes you will take when you arrive.
