There is no lifeguard (or first aid kit) and if this is a concern for you then think carefully about whether you wish to enter the water ⚠️
❄️ Remember the water can be cold, so it is important that you bring plenty of warm clothing and hot drinks for after the swim. Cake is good as well! ❄️
