Join Elly for a sensory movement journey through Folkestone and the Triennial artworks. Together, we will explore the artworks and their locations with playful movement, guided meditation and sensory materials.
What would it feel like to be an artwork? How can we become an extension of it?
In this tour, you are invited to engage your curiosity, find new ways of experiencing art and how to move through the town more mindfully.
Get inspired and discover the extraordinary in the everyday. Slow down (or dance around), reconnect with the body and sink into the present moment.
No dance experience required. Playful folk of all ages and abilities welcome.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water and sunscreen.
Tours last up to 2 hours.
