Meet on Mermaid beach, Folkestone at 6.10am just below mermaid cafe (6.24am sunrise) bring warm clothes, a hot drink and breakfast if you like. Suitable for beginners.
Everyone is welcome and there’s no pressure to go in, just come down and have fun!
Kirsty Hogben is an open water swimming coach and experienced sea swimmer who’s swum over 1000 consecutive days in the sea. She’s helped hundreds of people get into sea swimming! Her motto is ‘Seas the Day!’
