Kick off the holiday season in Folkestone's Creative Quarter with an evening of light, song and festive cheer. This year we are delighted to welcome Monica Ali, the author of 'Brick Lane' and 'Love Marriage', who will count us down to the big switch-on and launch Folkestone Book Festival 2022.
To get you in the festive spirit, Shepway Choir will bring the streets to life with song, our creative community will be displaying stunning window decorations and shops will have extended opening hours - perfect for a spot of Christmas shopping!
Meet us at the top of The Old High St on Friday 18 November at 5.30pm for a thoroughly joyous evening.
