Drawing on her experience bringing to life stories that often remain in the shadows, Sophie will guide you through writing
exercises that explore personal response, visual storytelling, and the hidden narratives within a chosen Triennial artwork.
Participants just need to bring a notebook and pen or pencil, whatever they feel most comfortable writing with. No specialist materials required.
As we’ll be spending time outdoors, I’d recommend weather-appropriate clothing, including something to sit on if the ground is damp (a light blanket or waterproof layer, if they have one). Comfortable shoes and layers are ideal. A hat and sunscreen if it’s hot.
