Guided Tour: Slow Tour with Zoe Aldrich

Join actor and educator Zoe Aldrich on a seniors' tour of Folkestone Triennial artworks. Friends and carers are more than welcome too.
Moving at a gentle pace, this tour is specially designed to offer an easy stroll around artwork sites.
Zoe is a Folkestone-based actor and educator. She also has experience as a workshop leader, writer and artist-in-residence for Living Words, a Folkestone-based arts and literature charity.
Running throughout Folkestone Triennial, tours are free to join but booking is essential.
Our guided tours are designed to include a number of artworks and will typically cover around 2km in distance. Our tour guides will do their best to accommodate every one on the tour but please note that due to the historic nature of the town there may be some steps or uneven surfaces to negotiate. Tours will take place rain or shine, so don’t forget to prepare for the Great British weather by bringing a rain coat and maybe even sun cream.
The majority of the tours will start at Quarterhouse unless otherwise stated. The tour may not end back where you started so please be aware of this when you plan your visit. Our guides can inform you of the routes you will take when you arrive.
