We Move is an evening of film, live performance and music - a night rooted in Folkestone and the people who move through it.
Folkestone A Cappella choir open the evening bringing layered voices that fill the space. At the centre is a new film, made here in Folkestone, capturing movement artists against the backdrop of the town. It’s about change, about how places shift, and how we shift with them. After the film, dance spills off the screen and into the room, carried by live performance. Post performance, DJ Lex on the Decks takes us into the night.
This isn’t a usual show. It’s a gathering. A mix of forms and energies, all circling the same idea: that Folkestone moves, and so do we.
