Take Up Space: Sweetleaf Pop Up Kitchen

Samantha will be serving a plant based pop-up menu from the Quarterhouse’s café space Friday-Sunday during the festival with a focus, as ever, on strong flavours and an accessibility for everyone. After all, who is going to be ready to dismantle the patriarchy on an empty stomach?!

Samantha is an occasional chef based in Folkestone with a background in radical community organising and DIY punk. She is an intersectional feminist and particularly interested in conversations around food culture and how veganism is a class and feminist issue.
