An evening taster session of 'Mother Nurture'
Join us for an evening taster session of 'Mother Nurture', our Art and Movement course for mums at Moo Like a Monkey.
You’ll get a little insight into what our course is about. We’ll dip into some guided art activities, relaxation, movement and reflection to explore thoughts and feelings, boost creativity and self-esteem.
Absolutely no experience necessary, just bring yourself (although pre-crawlers are welcome to come along) and have fun. We’ll look after the rest.
On Solid Ground is a multi arts company run by Kay, Chloë and Maike, three Folkestone based women who bring together aspects of art, dance and art therapy to run courses for mental health and wellbeing in a variety of settings.
