Drawing on his spellbinding new book Dark Fairy Tales, Wynd resurrects stories of witches, curses, beasts, ghosts and desires too dangerous to name.

Founder of London’s legendary Last Tuesday Society and the fabulously creepy Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities, he has spent a lifetime gathering the strange, the beautiful and the unsettling. His world is one of shrunken heads, enchanted relics, forgotten folklore and the shadowy corners of human imagination.

Now he brings that same gothic sensibility to the tales that lurk beneath the sanitised versions we think we know. Part performance, part séance, part descent into the folklore underground, this is storytelling at its most intoxicating and transgressive.
