Refunds 

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a cancelled event or a substantial alteration to the performance.

Disclaimer

  • Creative Folkestone reserves the right to change the programme and introduce special offers and discounts without prior notice. These will not apply to tickets already purchased before the announcement.
  • Creative Folkestone reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket if necessary, at the Duty Manager’s discretion.
  • For some performances, latecomers will not be allowed to take their seats until a suitable break in the performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time to guarantee entrance.
  • For seated shows we operate a single seat policy to try and avoid single seats being left. This restriction is to ensure more people who go together can sit together and does not prevent single seats from being booked. We will override this policy in circumstances where there is limited availability, or to accommodate any accessibility needs.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission without a refund.
  • Events marked 16+ NO ID No Entry are strictly for people over 16 and you may be asked to prove your age. You will not be permitted access to the venue if you are unable to produce a valid UK passport, UK driving license or an accredited pass card e.g Validate UK.
    • We do not accept photocopies or photographs of identification.
    • On all other events, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All tickets are non-transferable and will be void if re-sold.

  • Some performances may contain strong language and adult themes. We reserve the right to decline refund requests on the basis of event content being deemed inappropriate.

  • Tickets for some events are subject to a booking fee. This fee is non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled event or a substantial alteration to the performance.

  • In the occurrence of an event being cancelled, Creative Folkestone are not liable for any travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event.

Gift vouchers and credits

All gift vouchers and account credits are valid for 24 months only.
